What is K2 Fitness Boot Camp?
K2 Fitness Boot Camp is an all-women, fat-burning, hour-long exercise journey designed for women of all fitness levels, sizes, and ages. Each camp session runs for 4 weeks and is a great way to jump-start a fitness regimen, add something new to a boring workout routine, or simply join and meet other women who care about their fitness, health, and overall happiness.
What should you expect at K2 Fitness Boot Camp?
Workouts vary daily and contain a wide variety of strength, cardiovascular, and metabolic training designed to help you reach all your fitness goals. You will participate in resistance training, bodyweight exercises, heart-pumping cardio, obstacle courses, challenges to test your fitness limits, and fun, workout-based games!
What is included with each 4-week camp?
Each camp session includes daily workouts designed by Coach Kristin, pre-camp and post-camp weight and measurement assessments, weekly nutrition emails, an optional one-on-one nutrition coaching session with Coach Kristin, plus TONS of motivation and inspiration to live a healthy and happy life!
What should you bring to camp?
Bring your own set of dumbbells, 5-10lbs. works best for most women, an exercise mat, a towel, a water bottle, and a positive attitude!
